They need better guidance.
Great design isn't about increasing possibilities. It's about helping people choose with confidence.
Every interaction should answer a question.
Every screen should reduce uncertainty. Every decision should feel easier than the previous one.
Branding is not decoration.
It's decision making.
A brand is a system of choices that builds trust and clarity.
When design is working, people stop noticing the interface and start trusting themselves.
